The digital image, especially in Biometric image is important to deliver information on the internet. The main challenging issue is security of these digital images. There is no perfect information security method but only have best method. In this paper proposes digital image encryption method including biometric images, by using Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC) with 1-D and 2-D chaotic maps. Arnold Cat map (ACM) is a 2-D chaotic map and it used for scrambling of pixel location of the image. The advantage of the proposed method is that acquire a secret key space large enough to empower the security to protect biometric images. Experimental results are satisfied usual security analyses method and it has high efficiency. As a result, we demonstrate that the proposed image encryption algorithm is advantageous in several different aspects including efficiency, security, and flexibility. |
